Albums

The discography of the American rock group Toto includes 13 studio albums, 4 live albums, and several compilations. Toto has released original music as well as collaborated with other artists on soundtracks and films. Toto has won numerous Grammy Awards.

Before Toto was formed, members of the band did sessions for other musicians. David Paich, the son of drummer Marty Paich, and Jeff Porcaro (the brother of guitarist Joe Porcaro and drummer Jeff Porcaro) all played on Boz Scaggsalbum in 1975 Silk Degrees. The collaboration led to the formation of Toto in 1976.

In 1985 the group's singer Fergie Frederiksen resigned from the group, and the band held auditions for a new frontman.
